1Name of Regulations

 These Regulations are the Marine Navigation Levy Amendment Regulations 2001 (No. 1).

2Commencement

 These Regulations commence on 1 July 2001.

3Amendment of Marine Navigation Levy Regulations 1991

Schedule 1 amends the Marine Navigation Levy Regulations 1991.

4Amount of levy

• (1)

  For paragraph 7 (2) (a) of the Act, the amount is 29 cents.

• (2)

  For paragraph 7 (2) (b) of the Act, the amount is 17 cents.

• (3)

  For paragraph 7 (2) (c) of the Act, the amount is 7 cents.

• (4)

  For paragraph 7 (2) (d) of the Act, the amount is 2.5 cents.
