 These regulations are the Marine Navigation Levy Regulations 1991.

4Amount of levy

• (1)

  For paragraph 7 (2) (a) of the Act, 35.5 cents is prescribed.

• (2)

  For paragraph 7 (2) (b) of the Act, 21 cents is prescribed.

• (3)

  For paragraph 7 (2) (c) of the Act, 8.5 cents is prescribed.

• (4)

  For paragraph 7 (2) (d) of the Act, 3 cents is prescribed.
