I, General the Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with
the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Marine Legislation

Amendment Act 2016, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 7 October 2016 as the day on which that Act commences.
