4. New Divisions 1, 2 and 3 of Part 8 substituted

For Divisions 1, 2 and 3 of Part 8 of the Marine

c	800. Existing vessel
o	In this Division, "existing vessel" means—

(a) a vessel which is currently in survey in

ta	(b) a vessel which has previously been
n	under survey in Australia.

801. Application fee for new vessel survey and

ia	plan approval
rl	A fee of $15.40 must be paid to the Director
a	for considering an application for—
P	(a) a new vessel survey;
d	(b) a vessel plan approval.

a	802. Plan approval fees
n	The fee which must be paid to the Director

ti	for approval of plans for a new vessel of a
la	size specified in Column 2 of Table 802 is the amount calculated by multiplying the
is	length of the vessel in metres by the amount
g	specified for that class of vessel in Column 3

n	payable by a person who sits an oral
