I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Marine Farming Planning Act 1995 .28 November 1997

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Marine Farming Planning Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 1997 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Marine Farming Planning Regulations 1996 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Regulation 4 amended (Fees and charges) Regulation 4 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting subregulation (3) . 5Schedule 1 substituted Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is rescinded and the following Schedule is substituted: Schedule 1Fees and charges
