Marine (Drug, Alcohol and Pollution Control) Amendment Regulations 2013

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Marine (Drug, Alcohol and Pollution Control) Regulations 2012 to correct two incorrect references.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 105 of the Marine (Drug, Alcohol and Pollution Control) Act 1988.

3Certificate under section 32A(4)

In regulation 12C(h) of the Marine (Drug, Alcohol and Pollution Control) Regulations 2012[1], for "12J(c)" substitute "10C(c)".

4Certificate under section 32B(4)

In regulation 12F(e) of the Marine (Drug, Alcohol and Pollution Control) Regulations 2012, for "12E" substitute "10G".
