I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Marine and Safety Authority Act 1997 .19 June 2023

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Marine and Safety (Infringement Notices) Amendment Regulations 2023. 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on 1 July 2023. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Marine and Safety (Infringement Notices) Regulations 2017 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4The amendment effected by this regulation has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Marine and Safety (Infringement Notices) Regulations 2017.
