Proclamation 2014

Made under the Marine and Harbours Act 1981 section 9 by the
Administrator in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

This proclamation is the Marine and Harbours (Port of Onslow)
Proclamation 2014.

2.            Commencement

This proclamation comes into operation as follows —

(a)	clauses 1 and 2 — on the day on which this proclamation is published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the proclamation — on the day after that day.

The proclamation made under the Marine and Harbours
Act 1981 section 9 dated 29 November 2011, and published in

the Gazette on 30 November 2011 at p. 4981, is cancelled.

3.            Terms used

In this proclamation —
Deposited Plan, followed by a number, means the deposited
plan of that number held by the Western Australian Land
Information Authority established by the Land Information
Authority Act 2006;

The Minister for Transport is the body corporate created under the Marine and Harbours Act 1981 section 8(1).

4.            Previous proclamation cancelled

5.            Land and water revested in the Crown

The land and water described in the Schedule to the proclamation referred to in clause 4, other than the land and water referred to in clause 6, is revested in the Crown.

6.            Land and water vested in The Minister for Transport

Plan 402556, Lot 3054 on Deposited Plan 52026, Lot 561 on

The land and water comprised in Lot 556 on Deposited is vested in The Minister for Transport.
