I, the Governor, acting under the Marine and Harbours Act 1981 section 9(2) and with the advice and consent of Executive Council, vary the proclamation published in the Gazette of 5 February 1982, p.412, by deleting "unsurveyed Port Denison Lots 546 and 547" in Part B of the last item of the Schedule and inserting instead—

"Port Denison Lots 546 and 953".
