Manufactured Homes (Residential Parks) Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2025 (Qld)

1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Manufactured Homes (Residential Parks) Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2025.

2   Postponed commencement of uncommenced provisions

(1)The period before automatic commencement, under the Acts Interpretation Act 1954, section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 6 June 2026.

(2)In this section—

postponed law means the uncommenced provisions of the Manufactured Homes (Residential Parks) Amendment Act 2024.

Note—

The postponed law now automatically commences on 7 June 2026.

3   Expiry

This regulation expires on 8 June 2026.
