This notice may be cited as the Manual Handling (Building) Code of Practice Approval Notice 1991 . Approval of code of practice 2. For the purposes of section 34 of the Workplace Health and SafetyAct 1989 , the code of practice entitled “Manual Handling in the Building Industry”, a copy of which is published in the same Industrial Gazette as this notice, is approved.
