1. The applicants require an extension of time within which to seek special leave to appeal from the whole of the judgment of the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory (Loukas-Karlsson, McWilliam and O'Sullivan JJ) of 4 April 2024 which dismissed the applicants' appeal from the judgment of the Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory (Elkaim J). The application for special leave to appeal does not identify any grounds of appeal or special leave questions and, in any event, has no prospects of success. It would therefore be futile to grant the extension of time that is sought.

2. Special leave to appeal is refused.
