Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Manly Local Environmental Plan 2013 (Amendment No 8).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land in Manly, comprising part of the Manly Town

Centre Conservation Area and Pittwater Road Conservation Area:

(a)	part of 6 Carlton Street, being part of SP 81964,
(b)	part of 15 Central Avenue, being part of SP 61679,
(c)	parts of 96, 98 and 100 Pittwater Road, being parts of Lots 104, 103 and 102, DP 1136451,
(d)	part of 34 South Steyne, being part of Lot 2, DP 861591,
(e)	part of 10 Victoria Parade, being part of Lot B, DP 337685.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Manly Local Environmental Plan 2013 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.
