2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land:

49 Lauderdale Avenue, Fairlight, being Lot 11, DP 1216827,

(b)

51 Lauderdale Avenue, Fairlight, being Lot 10, DP 1216827,

(c)

3 Balgowlah Road, Manly, being Lot 1, DP 1217918,

(d)

73 Golf Parade, Manly, being Lot 2, DP 1217918,

(e)

21 Iluka Road, Manly, being Lot 2, DP 1217919,

(f)

[1]      Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses

Insert at the end of the Schedule, with appropriate clause numbering:

Use of certain land at 52 Raglan Street, Manly

(1)

This clause applies to land at 52 Raglan Street, Manly, being Lot 2810,

DP 726668.

(2) Development for the purposes of registered clubs is permitted with

development consent.

[2]      Schedule 5 Environmental heritage

Omit “Lot 1, DP 1085908, Lot 2, DP 656268, Lots 9–12, Section 6, DP 2427” from item no I208 in Part 1.

Insert instead “Lot 1, DP 1085908 and Lot 2, DP 656268”.

[3]      Schedule 5, Part 1

Omit “Lot 1, DP 744872” from the matter relating to item no I213.

Insert instead “Lot 1, DP 1217919”.

[4]      Schedule 5, Part 1

Omit “Lot 3, Section 2, DP 5756” from the matter relating to item no I158.
