I, the Minister for Planning, make the following local environmental plan under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Manly Local Environmental Plan 2013 (Amendment No 10).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to all land in Zone IN2 Light Industrial under Manly Local

Environmental Plan 2013.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Manly Local Environmental Plan 2013 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.

5      Amendment of Manly Local Environmental Plan 2013

(1) Clause 1.2 Aims of Plan

Omit “and light industry zones” from clause 1.2 (2) (c) (i).

(2)	Clause 2.1 Land use zones
Omit the matter relating to Industrial Zones.
(3)	Land Use Table
Insert “Depots;”, “Sex services premises;”, “Vehicle repair stations;” and “Veterinary hospitals;” in alphabetical order in item 3 of the matter relating to Zone B6 Enterprise Corridor.
(4)	Land Use Table
Omit the matter relating to Zone IN2 Light Industrial.
(5)	Clause 6.18 Development for bulky goods premises in Zone IN2
Omit the clause.
(6)	Schedule 2 Exempt development
Omit “, Zone B6 Enterprise Corridor or Zone IN2 Light Industrial” from clause 6 (2) of Schedule 2.
Insert instead “or Zone B6 Enterprise Corridor”.
