1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Manly Local Environmental Plan 1988 (Amendment

No 82).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to 15 and 17 Suwarrow Street, Fairlight (being Lots 31 and 32, DP 939916 and Lots 29 and 30, DP 939916, respectively), as shown coloured light scarlet on the map marked “Manly Local Environmental Plan 1988 (Amendment No 82)” deposited in the office of Manly Council.
