1 Name of Plan
This Plan is Manly Local Environmental Plan 1988 (Amendment
No 81).
2 Commencement
This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
3 Land to which Plan applies
|
| (a) | certain unzoned parcels of land along Burnt Bridge Creek and in the vicinity of Kitchener and Condamine Streets and Kenneth Road, Balgowlah, as shown coloured dark green and identified as “6 (a)” on Sheets 1 and 2, and coloured purple and identified as “4” on Sheet 3, of the map marked “Manly Local Environmental Plan 1988 (Amendment No 81)” (the amending map) deposited in the office of Manly Council, and |
| (b) | Lots 1–4, DP 1070494, being the closed and unzoned laneways between 18 and 20 Peronne Avenue and 21 and 23 Gordon Street, Clontarf, as shown coloured light scarlet and identified as “2” on Sheet 4 of the amending map. |
| (2) | To the extent that this Plan adds certain properties as items of the environmental heritage, it applies to the following land: | |||||||

6 and 5, respectively, of the amending map.
| (3) | To the extent that this Plan inserts matter relating to third party advertising signs as exempt development, it applies to all land to which Manly Local Environmental Plan 1988 applies. |
