1 Name of Plan
This Plan is Manly Local Environmental Plan 1988 (Amendment
No 80).
2 Commencement
This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
3 Land to which Plan applies
This Plan applies to all land to which Manly Local Environmental
Plan 1988 applies and, in particular, to the following land:
| (a) | Part Lot 22, DP 1124834, 2A Beatty Street, Balgowlah Heights, as shown coloured orange on Sheet 1 of the map marked “Manly Local Environmental Plan 1988 (Amendment No 80)” deposited in the office of Manly Council (the Map), |
| (b) | Lot 312, DP 4889, 16 Edgecliffe Esplanade, Seaforth, as shown edged heavy black on Sheet 2 of the Map, |
| (c) | Lot 1, DP 252420, 36 Stuart Street, Manly, as shown edged heavy black and hatched on Sheet 3 of the Map, |
| (d) | Lot 100, DP 1125884, Castle Circuit, Seaforth, as shown edged heavy black and hatched on Sheet 4 of the Map. |

[4] Clause 10 Zone objectives and development control table
Insert “restricted premises;” before “retail plant nurseries” in item 4 of the matters relating to Zone No 2 Residential Zone and Zone No 4 Industrial Zone in the Table to the clause.

Omit the clauses.
[6] Schedule 4 Items of the environmental heritage
