1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Manly Local Environmental Plan 1988 (Amendment

No 79).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to 17 Roseberry Street, Balgowlah (Lots 2 and 3, DP 229826 and Lots 2 and 3, DP 701462) and 31 Roseberry Street, Balgowlah (Lot 10, DP 811755) as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “Manly Local Environmental Plan 1988 (Amendment No 79)” deposited in the office of Manly Council.
