Manly Local Environmental Plan 1988 (Amendment

No 50)

1 Name of plan

This plan is Manly Local Environmental Plan 1988 (Amendment

No 50).

2 Aims of plan

This plan aims to add a property to Schedule 4 (Items of the environmental heritage) to Manly Local Environmental Plan 1988 so that heritage provisions under that plan will apply to the property.

3 Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to land known as 51 Whistler Street, Manly, as shown coloured brown and edged heavy black on the map marked “Manly Local Environmental Plan 1988 (Amendment No 50)” deposited in the office of Manly Council.

4 Amendment of Manly Local Environmental Plan 1988

Manly Local Environmental Plan 1988 is amended:

(a) by inserting in appropriate order at the end of the definition of item of the environmental heritage in clause 7 (1) the following words:

Manly Local Environmental Plan 1988 (Amendment No 50)

(b)	by inserting in Schedule 4 under the headings of “Architectural and Archaeological Items”, “(A) Alphabetical Entry by Street”, “Item” and “Address”, in alphabetical order of street, the following words:
Masonic Hall 51 Whistler Street, Manly
