I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Management and Investment Companies Act 1983.

The Management and Investment Companies Regulations are amended by adding at the end the following regulation:

Prescribed instruments for the purposes of paragraph 37 (1) (c) of the Act

“6. For the purposes of paragraph 37 (1) (c) of the Act, the following instruments are prescribed, namely, bills of exchange (other than cheques).
