AN ACT to authorise the Construction of a

MALCOLM-LAVERTON RAILWAY.

DESCRIPTION OF LINE or, RAILWAY.

Commencing at a point in or near Malcolm Townsite, and proceeding thence in a generally Easterly direction for about 6 miles; thence in a generally East to Southerly direction for about 9 miles ; thence in a generally East-North-Easterly direction for about 49 miles, and terminating at a point in or near Laverton Town- site, as more particularly delineated by a red line on marked map P.W.D., W.A., 9548, deposited as provided for by 55° Victoria;, No. 34, Section 10. Total length, about 64 miles.
