Major Sports Facilities (Major Concerts at Brisbane Stadium (Lang Park)) Amendment Regulation 2022 (Qld)

1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Major Sports Facilities (Major Concerts at Brisbane Stadium (Lang Park)) Amendment Regulation 2022.

2   Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Major Sports Facilities Regulation 2014.

3   Amendment of s 5 (Prescribed special events)

Section 5—
insert—

(5)However, during the period starting on 1 January 2023 and ending on 31 December 2024, this section applies as if the reference in subsection (2)(a) to the sixth major concert were a reference to the twelfth major concert.

(6)This subsection and subsection (5) expire on 1 January 2025.
