Major Sports Facilities Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2011 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Major Sports Facilities Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2011 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 January 2012. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the MajorSportsFacilitiesRegulation 2002. 4 Insertion of new s 2A After section 2— insert — ‘2A Minimum crowd size prescribed for major sport events—Act, s 30AL ‘For section 30AL of the Act, definition major sport event , the number prescribed is 35000.’.
