Major Sports Facilities Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2011 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Major Sports Facilities Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2011 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the MajorSportsFacilitiesRegulation 2002. 3 Amendment of s 2 (Declaration of major sports facility—Act, s 4) (1) Section 2(e), ‘, as’— omit , insert — ‘situated on the land’. (2) Section 2(h), from ‘, as’— omit , insert — ‘situated on the land described as lot 7 on survey plan 214201, in the county of Stanley, parish of Yeerongpilly.’.
