s1 2 s4 Major Sports Facilities Amendment Regulation No. 153, 2002 (No. 1) 2002 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Major Sports Facilities Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2002 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 30 June 2002. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Major Sports Facilities Regulation 2002. 4 Replacement of s 2 (Declaration of major sport facility—Act, s 4) Section 2— omit, insert — ‘2 Declaration of major sports facility—Act, s 4 Each of the following is a major sports facility for the Act— (a) Brisbane Cricket Ground; (b) Brisbane Entertainment Centre; (c) Queen Elizabeth II Complex; (d) Sleeman Sports Centre.’.
