Major Events (Commonwealth Games—Visiting Health Practitioner Exemptions) Regulation 2016

1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Major Events (Commonwealth Games—Visiting Health Practitioner Exemptions) Regulation 2016.

2   Visiting health practitioner exemptions for exempt event

(1)The Commonwealth Games is prescribed as an exempt event for section 41(b) of the Act.

(2)The exemption period for the exempt event is the period starting on 1 August 2016 and ending on 30 April 2018.

(3)In this section—

Commonwealth Games see the Commonwealth Games Arrangements Act 2011, schedule 4.

3   Expiry

This regulation expires on 1 May 2018.
