1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Maitland Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment

No 4).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot 9, DP 1114951, Eales Road, Berry Park, being land known as the Eales Family Cemetery.

4      Amendment of Maitland Local Environmental Plan 2011

(1) Schedule 4 Classification and reclassification of public land

Omit “Nil” from Column 1 of Part 1.

(2)	Schedule 4, Part 1
Insert the following in Columns 1 and 2, respectively:
Berry Park Lot 9, DP 1114951, Eales Road (being land known as the Eales Family Cemetery)
