1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Maitland Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment

No 3).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land at 37 and 45 Alnwick Street, Millers Forest, being Lots 20 and 21, DP 836869.

4      Amendment of Maitland Local Environmental Plan 2011

Insert after clause 4:

Use of certain land at 37 and 45 Alnwick Street, Millers

Forest

This clause applies to Lots 20 and 21, DP 836869,

being 37 and 45 Alnwick Street, Millers Forest.

Development for the purpose of a hazardous storage establishment (being for the storage of fireworks) is permitted with development consent.
