1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Maitland Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment No 24).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lots 3 and 5, DP 255369, 92 Aberglasslyn Lane, Aberglasslyn and parts of the following land at Aberglasslyn:

(a)	Lot 3, DP 1124849, 36 Cockatoo Ridge,
(b)	Lots 1902 and 1905, DP 1162514, 70 and 64 Cockatoo Ridge,
(c)	Lots 1909 and 1912, DP 1162515, 56 and 50 Cockatoo Ridge,
(d)	Lot 2705, DP 1163947, 26 Cockatoo Ridge,
(e)	Lot 2805, DP 1169721, 16 Cockatoo Ridge,
(f)	Lot 2902, DP 1169722, 8 Cockatoo Ridge,
(g)	Lot 4900, DP 1231115, Corella Close.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Maitland Local Environmental Plan 2011 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.

5      Amendment of Maitland Local Environmental Plan 2011

(1) Schedule 5 Environmental heritage

Omit “Lot 3” from the matter relating to Item I1 in Part 1.

Insert instead “Lots 3 and 5”.
