1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Maitland Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment No 22).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land to which Maitland Local Environmental Plan 2011 applies and, in particular, to the following land at Chisholm:

(a)	parts of Heritage Drive and Tigerhawk Drive,
(b)	part of Lot 3, DP 1220220, Settlers Boulevard.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Maitland Local Environmental Plan 2011 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.

5      Amendment of Maitland Local Environmental Plan 2011

Land Use Table

Omit “Recreation facilities (indoor);” from item 4 of the matter relating to Zone B1

Neighbourhood Centre.
