Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Maitland Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment No 21).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land to which Maitland Local Environmental Plan 2011 applies and, in particular, land fronting or near the following:

(a)	Cormorant and Gannet Streets and Wooduck Close, Aberglasslyn,
(b)	Durban Close, Kilshanny Avenue, Prieska Way, Vista Parade (Lot 1, DP 574831) and Watergum Street, East Maitland,
(c)	Hillcrest Drive and Ryans Road, Gillieston Heights,
(d)	the Hunter River foreshore, Lorn,
(e)	the Hunter River Levee, Maitland,
(f)	the Hunter River foreshore, Morpeth,
(g)	Denton Park Drive (Lot 1915, DP 1137217) and part of 13 Tournament Street (part of Lot 31, DP 280047), Rutherford.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Maitland Local Environmental Plan 2011 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.
