1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Maitland Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment No 13).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

(1)

To the extent that this Plan rezones land, alters the lot size controls applying to the land and identifies the land as an urban release area, this Plan applies to land known as the Glebe Trust site, Lot 195, DP 1153110, Wallis Street, East Maitland.

(2)

To the extent that this Plan corrects the property description of a heritage item, this

Plan applies to 67–69 Swan Street, Morpeth.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Maitland Local Environmental Plan 2011 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.

5      Amendment of Maitland Local Environmental Plan 2011

Schedule 5 Environmental heritage

Omit “SP 72883” from the matter relating to item no I206A in Part 1.

Insert instead “DP 72883”.
