1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Maitland Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment No 12).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land:

(a)	certain land fronting Louth Park Road, Louth Park, comprising land within an urban release area under Maitland Local Environmental Plan 2011 (the Principal Plan),
(b)	part of 32 Kiah Road and part of 63 and 109 Ryans Road, Gillieston Heights, being part of Lots 18 and 17, DP 263196 and part of Lot 1, DP 1119043, respectively, and comprising land within an urban release area under the Principal Plan.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Maitland Local Environmental Plan 2011 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.
