1     Name of plan

This plan is Maitland Local Environmental Plan 1993 (Amendment

No 68).

2     Aims of plan

This plan aims to allow, with the consent of Maitland City Council, the carrying out of development on the land to which this plan applies for the purpose of a physiotherapy and hydrotherapy clinic.

3     Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to land in the City of Maitland, being Lot 6, DP 7792, No 253 Newcastle Road, East Maitland, as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “Maitland Local Environmental Plan 1993 (Amendment No 68)” deposited in the office of the Council of the City of Maitland.
