Maitland Local Environmental Plan 1993

(Amendment No 67)

1     Name of plan

This plan is Maitland Local Environmental Plan 1993 (Amendment

No 67).

2     Aims of plan

This plan aims to prohibit subdivision of the land to which this plan applies, being certain land within Zone 1 (c) Rural Small Holdings

under Maitland Local Environmental Plan 1993, so as to minimise the

impact on the environment and protect the character and amenity of

the locality.

3     Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to land in the City of Maitland at Bolwarra Heights, being Lots 48–54, DP 243912, Lots 3–12, DP 241175, Lots 15–27, DP 243055, Lots 30–34, DP 244111, Lots 35–40, DP 244112, Lots 450 and 451, DP 873375, Lot 1, DP 749539, Lot 462, DP 808822, Lots 201 and 202, DP 868069, Lots 31 and 32, DP 868910, Lot 46, DP 552006, Lots 44 and 45, DP 559226 and Lots 41–43, DP 559227, as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “Maitland Local Environmental Plan 1993 (Amendment No 67)” deposited in the office of Maitland City Council.

4 Amendment of Maitland Local Environmental Plan 1993

Maitland Local Environmental Plan 1993 is amended by inserting

after clause 11 the following clause:

11A Where is subdivision prohibited in Zone 1 (c)?

Despite any other provision in this plan, the Council must not grant consent to the subdivision of so much of the land within Zone 1 (c) at Bolwarra Heights as is shown edged heavy black on the map marked “Maitland Local Environmental Plan 1993 (Amendment No 67)”.
