2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

This Plan applies to part of Lot 71, DP 714785, Anambah Road, Anambah, as shown edged heavy black on Sheet 1 of the map marked “Maitland Local Environmental Plan 1993 (Amendment No 115)” deposited in the office of Maitland City Council.
