This Plan is Maitland Local Environmental Plan 1993 (Amendment

No 113).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land at East Maitland:

(a)	part of Lot 7, DP 831327 and part of Lot 250, DP 835549, Molly Morgan Drive,
(b)	part of Lot 22, DP 591803, New England Highway,

as shown edged heavy black and identified as “Operational Land” on the map marked “Maitland Local Environmental Plan 1993 (Amendment No 113)” deposited in the office of Maitland City Council.
