1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Maitland Local Environmental Plan 1993 (Amendment

No 111).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to part of Lot 525, DP 1149062, McKeachie Drive, Aberglasslyn, being land within the Aberglasslyn Urban Release Area, as shown edged heavy black and lettered “3 (a)” on the map marked “Maitland Local Environmental Plan 1993 (Amendment No 111)” deposited in the office of Maitland City Council.
