1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Maitland Local Environmental Plan 1993 (Amendment

No 110).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to certain land located within the Lochinvar urban release area, as shown edged heavy black on Sheets 1 and 2 of the map marked “Maitland Local Environmental Plan 1993 (Amendment No 110)” deposited in the office of Maitland City Council.
