1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Maitland Local Environmental Plan 1993 (Amendment

No 108).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land within the Rutherford Industrial Investigation Area fronting the New England Highway and adjoining Kyle Street, Rutherford, as shown edged heavy black on Maps 1 and 2 of the map marked “Maitland Local Environmental Plan 1993 (Amendment No 108)” deposited in the office of Maitland City Council.
