This Plan is Maitland Local Environmental Plan 1993 (Amendment

No 102).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land:

(a)	part of Lot 431, DP 260916, Evelyn Crescent, Thornton, as shown edged heavy black on Sheet 1 of the map marked “Maitland Local Environmental Plan 1993 (Amendment No 102)” deposited in the office of Maitland City Council (the map),
(b)	Lot 639, DP 262555, John Arthur Avenue, Thornton, as shown edged heavy black on Sheet 2 of the map.
