1 . This Act may he cited as the " Maitland Hospital (Isolation "Wards) Enabling Act, 1915."
2 . The Committee of the Maitland Hospital may, with the consent of the trustees of the said hospital, or of a majority of them, withdraw any moneys other than moneys donated or hequeathed for endowment purposes from the amount in any fixed deposit account standing to its credit or to that of the said trustees at any hank, for the purpose of, and may expend such money in,
