| authority of the same, as follows :— |
1 . This Act m a y b e cited as the ' 'Maitland Hospital (Infec-
tious Wards) Enabling Act, 1912.''
2 . The committee of the Maitland Hospital may, with the consent of the trustees of the said hospital, or of a majority of them, withdraw a sum of money, not to exceed one thousand five hundred pounds, from the amount in any fixed deposit account standing to its credit or to that of the said trustees at any bank, for the purpose of, and may expend such money in, erecting and furnishing new infectious wards.
