MAINTENANCE ORDINANCE 1973
1. (1) This Ordinance may be cited as the Maintenance Ordinance
1973.*
(2) The Maintenance Ordinance 1968,f as amended by this Ordinance, may be cited as the Maintenance Ordinance 1968-1973.

2. Section 102 of the Maintenance Ordinance 1968 is amended by omitting sub-sections (1) to (5) (inclusive) and substituting the following sub-sections:—
" (1) Subject to this Ordinance, a person aggrieved by an order of the Court under this Ordinance may appeal to the Supreme Court against the order.
" (2 ) Sections 209, 210, 215 and 218 of the Court of Petty Sessions Ordinance 1930-1972 apply to, and in relation to, an appeal under this section as if the order to which the appeal relates were an order referred to in paragraph (h) of sub-section (1) of section 208 of that Ordinance.".

3. (1) Section 102 of the Maintenance Ordinance 1968 as amended by this Ordinance applies to, and in relation to, an order of the Court of Petty Sessions made on or after the date of commencement of this Ordinance.
(2 ) Section 102 of the Maintenance Ordinance 1968 as in force immediately before the date of commencement of this Ordinance con tinues to apply, notwithstanding the amendment made by this Ordinance, to, and in relation to, an order of the Court of Petty Sessions made before that date.
