Application for approval of the Mainteck Services Pty Ltd Port Kembla Slab Caster Segment Workshop Enterprise Agreement 2025
Mainteck Services Pty Ltd has applied for approval of a single enterprise agreement known as the Mainteck Services Pty Ltd Port Kembla Slab Caster Segment Workshop Enterprise Agreement 2025 (the Agreement).
On the papers and having regard to the Statement of Principles,[1] I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187 and 188 of the Fair Work Act 2009 as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.
The Agreement is approved and will operate from 18 May 2025. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 31 December 2027.
The Agreement covers the Australian Workers’ Union and the Australian Manufacturing Workers’ Union.
