Made under the Main Roads Amendment Act 2023 section 2(b) by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.Citation

This proclamation is the Main Roads Amendment Act 2023 Commencement Proclamation 2023.

2.Commencement

The Main Roads Amendment Act 2023, other than sections 1 and 2, comes into operation on the day after the day on which this proclamation is published on the WA legislation website.
