AN ACT to amend the Main Roads Act (Funds
Appropriation) Act, 1955.
[Assented to 8th October, 1959.]
BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Main Roads Short gTo n.
Act (Funds Appropriation) Act Amendment Act,
1959.
(2) In this Act the Main Roads Act (Funds Appropriation) Act, 1955, is referred to as the principal Act.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the Main Roads Act (Funds Appropriation) Act, 1955-1959.
S. 2
| amended. | 2. Section two of the principal Act is amended |
by
| (a) | deleting the word, "and" in the last line; and |
| (b) | adding after the figures, "1954" in the last line, the passage, ", 73 of 1954 and 6 of 1955." |

| amended. | 3. Section four of the principal Act is amended |
by
| (a) | substituting for the passage, "1950 (No. 57 of 1954 of the Commonwealth)" in lines two and three of the interpretation, "Commonwealth Act," the passage, "1959 (No. 39 of 1959 of the Commonwealth)"; |
| (b) | substituting for the interpretation, "pre- scribed years" the following interpreta- tion |
