AN ACT to amend Section thirty of the Main Roads

Act, 1930.

[Assented to 29th October, 1937.1

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title. 1. This Act may be cited as the Main Roads Act

Amendment Act, 1937, and shall be read as one with the

Main Roads Act, 1930 (No. 5 of 1930), hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

Amendment

of s. 30. 2. Section thirty of the principal Act is amended by

inserting in paragraph (d) thereof after the word "thereof" in line four of the paragraph the words "and the moneys received by the State Government under the provisions of the Agreement made or to be made under the authority of the Federal Aid Roads (New Agreement Authorisation) Act, 1936, and any amendment of such Act and any Agreement in variation or substitution of or supplementary to such Agreement."
