An Act to amend the Lb2Main Roads Act, 1874."

[Assented - to 20th September, 1876.1

HEREAS it is desirable to amend the " Main Roads Act; Preamble.

Roads of the Province-Be it therefore Enacted by the Governor of	W 1871," by placing certain roads on the Schedule of Main
the Province of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly of the said Pro- vince in Parliament assembled, as fbllows:

1. From and after the passing of this Act; the Main Roads Act Amendment of third ' Schedule.

1874," shall be read and construed as if the lines-

be read and have effect as if the words '' one shilling" were therein one shilling a mile,

inserted in lieu of the word " sixpence."

from Maitland to Minlaton, westerly of Mount Rat ,"

had been inserted in the Third Schedule thereto, setting forth the

Main Roads of the Province, between the line-

"79. From Weaner's Flat to Stansbury,"

and the line-

"80. From Weaner's Flat to Waterloo Bay."

2. Clause number ed 42 in the Main Roads Act, 1874," shall Members entitled

Incorporation. 3. This Act and the said Act shall be incorporated and read and

cons$rued together as one Act.

short Title. 4. This Act may be cited as the Main ltoads Act Amendment

Act, 1876,"
